Adelia Lau, a second year History and Sociology student has won the national student essay competition run by the . Adelia won the competition with an essay entitled 'Why I chose to study History'. The essay was well-argued and evocative and drew on Adelia's experiences as a student from Hong Kong. Adelia wins an ipod Touch.
