Visiting Speakers’ Fund - to bring ‘high profile’ speakers to ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ, academic staff and PGRs can apply
Doctoral Fellowship Competition - PGRs can apply
ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ PhD and Early Career Research Fellowships- PGRs and Early Career Scholars can apply
Please note: this scheme is not run by the HRC.
This funding opportunity, run by RIS is open to ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ Arts Faculty and CRPLA academic staff, Doctoral and MA Research students.
Doctoral and MA Research students can only apply for conference travel and publication funding.

About Us
- provide an over-arching structure for research activities in the Humanities;
- work with RIS to encourage and support the Faculty’s research excellence;
- raise the public profile of Arts research at ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ;
- promote research activities among all staff in the Faculty;
- help consolidate existing research activities in the Arts;
- initiate new research activities and groupings;
- support interdisciplinary research within the Faculty and between Faculties;
- advise on and encourage the pursuit of outside funding for Arts research
