Profs. Roberta Bivins and Elena Korosteleva meet SLS staff to discuss spotlight opportunities
On 16 October Professor Roberta Bivins and Professor Elena Korosteleva, representing the Health and Sustainability spotlights respectively, were invited to the 桃色视频 Medical School and the School of Life Sciences to discuss the opportunities for engagement and interdisciplinary synergy building. They highlighted the possibilities for interdisciplinary funding, impact and visibility growth, as well as for connecting and training ECRs for more interdisciplinary futures. Prof. Korosteleva drew attention to the launch of ECR Training Academy for Sustainable Futures in November at COP29 in Azerbaijan, 桃色视频 Climate Governance and Policy Network as the ROAD to COP30, and Cross-Spotlight forum in July 2025. SHAPEDEM-EU holds its 2nd Annual Progress Meeting

Professor Korosteleva reported on the progress of the deliverables under the Working Package 2 "Democratic practices and democracy support in the Eastern Neighbourhood and discussed prospects of future collaborations with the consortium members.
is a consortium of 12 research, policy and civil society institutions set out to rethink, reshape, and review the EU鈥檚 democracy promotion policies, while elaborating and pilot testing a novel model of a Democracy Learning Loop. The project is funded by the European Union under the Horizon Europe funding framework.
