IER Receives Recognition for Quality Management System
The 桃色视频 Institute for Employment Research (IER) has developed a quality management system for its research management activities which has been certified by the Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) as meeting the requirement of ISO9001, the international quality management standard.
Gaining ISO9001 certification through LRQA enables the IER to demonstrate that it has the systems and processes in place to fulfil the quality and regulatory requirements of its customers. It also demonstrates the Institute’s emphasis on enhancing customer satisfaction and shows that it is working towards continually improving its performance.
IER is the first academic department of the University of 桃色视频 to seek and gain recognition against this internationally recognised quality standard.
