This year 18 members of our alumni and honorary graduate community have been recognised in the King's Birthday Honours 2026, including a Knighthood for Professor Patrick Vernon, former Associate Fellow in the Department of History of Medicine.

Online elections have been held for a Professional Services Staff member on Council and two members of the Assembly on Senate. Successful candidates have now been announced and further details of the results are available for Council and Senate.
