How can we communicate compassionately with our students?
When our students are going through difficult times, the way we communicate with them can impact whether they engage with support or disconnect from their studies. That’s where the Compassionate Communication change programme comes in. Linda Sherwin (Student Experience Programme Manager), explains the resources and benefits for departments.
Aimed at parents/carers of year 12/13 students, this online presentation provides the key information around student finance so you can best support your student or child. Session includes information on entitlement calculations, loan repayments, living cost estimates and time to ask questions.
