The University of ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ has been announced as one of the partners working with Coventry City Council, after it was awarded a £5 million boost to tackle inequalities and improve health outcomes across Coventry through research.

The Coventry Very Light Rail Project (CVLR) has taken a major step forward, as and WMG, at the University of ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ, launch a real-world demo site for its light rail track system. 

A new Centre for Global Jewish Studies has been created at the University of ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ, Co-directors Dr Anna Hájková and Professor Stephen Shapiro say that the Centre’s goal is to increase awareness, promote conversation, and lead research into the richness and variety of Jewish heritage.

Researchers at the University of ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ are launching a new study to better understand the nature and origins of exoplanets, following a £1.3 million grant from UKRI’s Frontier Research Guarantee Scheme. It is anticipated that the findings will transform our understanding of the formation, structure and evolution of planetary systems.

An independent report from innovation and investment consultancy firm, Beauhurst, reveals how the University of ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ is helping to drive the West Midlands’ position as a powerhouse for innovation, which is in turn supporting growth in the local economy.

On 21 September 2022, the University of ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ signed an agreement (Memorandum of Understanding) with Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (NURE), Ukraine, as part of an international twinning program that is supporting Ukrainian universities during the war.
