SiteBuilder release notes
SiteBuilder 2.658 released
We released SiteBuilder version 2.658 on Wednesday 8th July 2026. Changes in this update include:
- Resource bookings pages :
- SiteBuilder now displays a warning message when entering an invalid email address for booking notifications.
- The View reports and export bookings screen now defaults to showing the current day's bookings instead of a message that there are no bookings to display.
- Improved the error message displayed when uploading a CSV containing bookings outside the resource's set start/end times.
- SiteBuilder forms:
- Users with Contributor permissions can no longer see the menu options to edit the form.
- Multiple choice questions: Items to rate whose names contain double spaces no longer appear struck through in exported PDFs.
- When creating a new Forwarding page, the link picker now starts at the current page's location.

- [SBTWO-9421] - Don't display Formsbuilder options in Edit menu when user doesn't have permissions
