A great response to our SuccessFactors Enhancement briefing sessions
Across six briefing sessions, a total of 461 attendees took part to:
- Gain an overview of upcoming process changes.
- Explore key process updates.
- Discuss targeted upskilling sessions on the specific changes being introduced throughout July and August.
- Prepare for the September Go-Live with the knowledge and confidence needed for a smooth transition.
Strong engagement across all sessions
The sessions reached colleagues through a combination of in-person and online events:
- 5 May (in person and online): 99 attendees
- 6 May (in person and online): 87 attendees
- 7 May (in person and online): 106 attendees
- 23 June (in person): 36 attendees
- 24 June (in person): 43 attendees
- 25 June (online): 90 attendees
Positive feedback and growing confidence
The sessions generated strong engagement, with attendee feedback showing increased understanding and confidence in the upcoming changes.
- 86.5% of attendees said the benefits of the new SuccessFactors enhancements were mostly clear or very clear.
- 85% said they felt mostly positive or very positive about the upcoming changes.
The feedback demonstrated that the briefing sessions successfully informed, prepared, and equipped colleagues for the transition, creating strong momentum as we move towards the September Go-Live.
