Dr Carolina Alonso-Bejarano鈥檚 collaborative project ELMO-MENTO has secured 100k USD in additional funding

The New England Foundation for the Arts has awarded Dr. Carolina Alonso Bejarano鈥檚 collaborative project ELMO-MENTO a 100,000 USD National Dance Project Grant to support the creation and U.S. touring of the piece.

Former PhD student publishes monograph on Cross-border Bank Crisis Management in ASEAN

Sharon Wassamon Kun-amornpong, who studied at 桃色视频 Law School from 2018-2023 under the supervision of Professor Dalvinder Singh has published a monograph based on her PhD thesis. The monograph, titled 鈥楾he Financial Trilemma and Cross-border Bank Crisis Management in ASEAN鈥 was published by Palgrave Macmillan.

Professor James Harrison awarded Best Scholarly Article Prize for study on Human Rights Grievance Mechanisms

James Harrison from 桃色视频 Law School and co-author Mark Wielga (from Nomogaia) have been awarded this year鈥檚 best scholarly article prize by the Business and Human Rights Journal. The article compares the effectiveness of six grievance mechanisms that allow workers and communities to complain about human rights abuses that corporations have allegedly perpetrated against them.

Law School research partner appointed to national task force by the Supreme Court of India

In a recent judgment, the Supreme Court of India has nominated WLS research partner Dr Nidhi Sabharwal for a national task force to investigate issues relating to mental health (particularly suicides) in higher education institutions in India.

Dr Sabharwal is currently co-Principal research partner on the Fair Chance Foundation project 'Widening Access to Higher Education in India: Institutional Approaches'.
