Reporting Problems in Centrally Timetabled Rooms

For problems with the Furniture or Fixtures in Centrally Timetabled Rooms

Contact the Estates Maintenance Helpdesk:

  • For Emergency or same day priority assistance : Ext. 75100.
  • For missing, broken or too much furniture, black board rubbers whiteboard pens etc. : submit a request for the porters via the Estates Service Centre
  • Low priority and non-emergency requests for maintenance can now be handled via the Estates Online Web Service
  • For whiteboards with permanent marker - /services/estates/departments/ccs/ email CampusCleaningAdmin@warwick.ac.uk

For issues concerning the misuse of Centrally Timetabled Rooms

  • If you find someone else in a room you believe you have booked and there are no screens to check, please contact the Timetabling Team on Room.Bookings@warwick.ac.uk 
  • If you arrive at your room and the furniture is in an unsuitable state (and is not simple to rectify) you should raise a ticket with the Estates helpdesk (use link above) for the porters to attend

For problems with the AV Equipment in Centrally Timetabled Rooms

  • If you experience problems with the AV Equipment in your room please (you will need to login first)
