The Operational Maintenance team is responsible for:
- Developing maintenance policy and strategy.
- Ensuring that the Estate is maintained in a safe condition and in compliance with statutory regulations and approved codes of practice and guidance.
Our aim is to provide first class services and facilities to deliver a high quality and value for money service to support teaching, learning and research.
