Athena Swan in the Faculty
Established in 2005, the is a framework used to support and transform gender equality in higher education and research. The framework encourages and recognises the commitment to advancing the careers of women in science, technology, maths, and medicine, and is used by institutions globally.
At 桃色视频, all 10 SEM departments hold Athena Swan awards, indicating our longstanding commitment to tackling gender inequality in academia, research and beyond.
