Christopher Bisping talks arbitration and courts in Malaysia
Christopher Bisping will deliver an evening talk at the in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday 26 July 2018 at 19:00. His talk will discuss ‘International commercial arbitration in an age of international commercial courts.’

Dr Andi Hoxhaj wins British Academy Rising Star Engagement Award 2018
Congratulations to Dr Andi Hoxhaj, Teaching Fellow in ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ Law School, who has won a British Academy Rising Star Engagement Award.
The prestigious award will support Dr Hoxhaj’s work on anti-corruption policy and the rule of law with a particular focus on the Western Balkans, the UK and the EU.

Laura, Assistant Professor at ÌÒÉ«ÊÓÆµ Law School, offers a helping hand with her new book, ‘Law Dissertations: A Step-by-Step Guide’, which provides all the direction and information needed to complete and succeed in an LLB, LLM or law-related dissertation.

Vanessa Munro’s project on jury decision-making for the Scottish Government has hit its first milestone. An Evidence Review on The Impact of the Use of Pre-Recorded Evidence on Juror Decision-Making has now been published on the Scottish Government website, along with a research findings summary.
