29/6: Sign in issue primarily affecting applicants and new starters.

The sign-in issues affecting some applicants, new starters and users who had recently changed or reset their password appear to have been resolved.
Microsoft applied a change to the 桃色视频 tenant on the evening of 3 July, which has significantly improved the situation.
Testing has been positive and new users are no longer experiencing the issue. We have also received confirmation from a number of previously affected users that they can now sign in successfully.
We are continuing to monitor the service, complete further testing and check with previously affected users to confirm the issue has been fully resolved. All indications so far are positive.

Degradation of service for AskHR/C4C
You may find that the service is slow/unresponsive when logging a ticket. The issue is being investigated.

Rootes J–L Network Issue
Network team have identified a loss of network connectivity across Rootes Blocks J–L.
It appears that the main fibre was accidentally cut during nearby works (Whitefields project) around 10:30, with no alternative route currently available.
The team are working on a fix, but this is going to take time due to the nature of the fault - and it could easily take up to 18:00 tonight.
