ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ

Kathryn McMahon is an Associate Professor (Reader) at the School of Law where she researches on competition law with particular interests in economic regulation, and the regulation of digital networks. Her research has been cited by the High Court of Australia and Federal Court of Australia. She is a Monash ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ Alliance Associate and has held visiting professorships at the Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies, University of Warsaw, Poland, as a Fernand Braudel Senior Fellow at the European University Institute, Florence, Italy, and as a AHRB Research Fellow, British Academy Invited Expert at the University of Edinburgh. She has held visiting positions at the University of Berkeley, United States and the University of Texas, Austin, United States. She is a founding and Associate Editor of the Global Journal of Comparative Law. She previously taught at the Faculty of Law, University of Sydney and has been a visiting lecturer at the EDHEC Business School, Lille, France, the Friedrich-Schiller Universität Jena, Germany, the School of Law, University of New England, NSW, Australia and the University of Wollongong, NSW, Australia. Her research has been funded by the Legal Research Institute, ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ University, the Monash ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ Alliance, and has been awarded a EUTOPIA - PhD Co-Tutelle Fellowship programme award (with Professor Caroline Buts, Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB)).
